Our slow-roasted nut butters
Just one ingredient, the nut. Our almond, peanut and pistachio butters are roasted in small, fresh batches, which is where the deep, toasted flavour comes from. No oils, no fillers, nothing to dilute it. And they are made in the UK by a family-owned, zero-carbon producer whose eco-factory has run entirely on renewable energy since 2018, so the filling in every date is as clean as it tastes.
100% Peruvian cacao
Sourced from Original Beans and made from Cusco 100% cacao grown in the highlands of Peru. Notes of dried flowers and wild grass reflect the altitude and character of this remarkable, rare origin. Every bite restores rainforests, empowers farmers and gives back to the community.
Chopped nuts
The same nuts you will find inside, chopped and scattered over the wet cacao so every bite lands with texture. Almonds on almond, peanuts on peanut, pistachios on pistachio, nothing that is not already in the date.
Sea salt
A final pinch of sea salt, less than a gram in every hundred. It sharpens the caramel of the date, deepens the cacao and keeps the sweetness clean, so the last note lifts rather than lingers.
